Optimal Control Of Thermal Balance Of Heating Network

To realize the thermal balance of heating network is the development direction of central heating system in heat exchange station.Due to the serious aging of heating equipment,the backward design of heating system and the single heating energy,the uneven heating of traditional heating system occurs from time to time,which not only causes the waste of energy,but also reduces the quality of heating.It is necessary to design a heat exchange station heating system with better performance and automatic control function to realize the intelligent balance of heating pipe network.The heating system has the characteristics of strong time lag,large inertia,and strong coupling between heat exchange stations,heat users and heat users.Once the flow of one heat exchange station(heat user)is changed,the flow of the nearby heat exchange station(heat user)will also be affected.In order to realize the intelligent balance of heat supply network,in this paper,we put forward the control ideas from the balance of heat source,the balance between heat source and heat exchange station,the balance between heat exchange station and heat users.Based on the control of one heat exchange initial station and five heat exchange stations,combined with the actual demand,a remote central heating monitoring system of heat exchange station is designed.The remote monitoring system includes lower computer monitoring system and upper computer monitoring system.The upper computer monitoring system uses Kingview configuration software to realize the monitoring and scheduling of the whole production process;the lower computer system takes PLC as the core,through the processing of various temperature information collected,controls the opening of the control valve and the speed of the water pump to realize the temperature control;GPRS is used to transfer the data and information between the heat exchange stations.In order to achieve the thermal balance between each user,a balance controller is installed at the user’s return pipe.According to the temperature returned by the room temperature collector,the balance controller controls the opening of the solenoid valve to adjust the hot water flow of different heat users.
