Study On The Dynamic Space Design Of Yingfa Ruineng R&D Office Building

The development of urbanization has created new demands for information dissemination and communication management,and has spawned diverse office models and changes in office space.The research and development of knowledge creation and application has become an indispensable part of enterprise development.R & D personnel communicate and create in different ways,which requires a more free and efficient place to support.Based on the Nanjing Yingfa Ruineng Innovation Park project,this article focuses on the research and development of humanities and social fields.Aiming at the independent creative R & D activities,how to design a dynamic space for R & D office to break the traditional way to build a more conducive work place for R & D personnel.The article draws on the project background and the overview of the evolution of office space to lead to new thoughts on the research and development of office space design,and then puts forward the specific needs of space dynamics in this design study.Then,from the three aspects of function,layout and scale,combined with related cases and theoretical research,the system design strategy for the R & D office dynamic space was proposed.Functionally explore the potential of space use from three aspects: functional composition,functional attributes,and functional expansion;on the one hand,the layout studies the path,vertical traffic,and the extension of the streamline affect the dynamic flow of the office;on the other hand,the spatial sequence and shape And how the building structure affects the free organization of space;on the scale,it summarizes the behavior patterns of different R & D personnel,the scale of the activity field,and the way of defining the field,and explores how to achieve the variable space through the scale transformation.At the same time,the article expounds the design content and process of the research and development office dynamic space item by item from the above three aspects combined with the engineering project,and implements the research theory to the drawings.Total word: about 42,000 words,with 82 illustrations and 24 forms...
