Green building of our country is developing rapidly in recent years, socialconsensus has been formed roundly, management system has been establishedbasically, standard system has been preliminary confirmed, technology support iscompleting day by day. In the background of advocating sustainable developmentand scientific development for building, all over the country are developing greenbuilding actively, and taking the green transformation for the original of all kinds ofbuilding as one of the important contents for urban and rural construction. Largecommercial building has large-scale, high energy consumption, high usage, it ’svery import to green it. But commercial building is carrying consumer activities,requirement of building function can not be ignored. this text takes largecommercial buildings as object of study, bases on green transformation of largecommercial buildings, investigates functional requirement of large commercialbuildings, proposes tactics for green transformation of large commercial buildings,analyzes and arranges Green retrofit measures of existing building by the numbers，finds out the Key design technology of function promotion for large commercialbuildings.In the first place, this text introduces the concept and the development of greentransformation for existing building, and determines the scope of large commercialbuildings in this text.
