After years of rapid development,building intelligent system engineering has become an indispensable part of building engineering construction.With the development of science and technology,it includes more and more extensive content,and its role in the use of buildings is becoming more and more important.The scale of my country’s building intelligence market has grown from 453.751 billion yuan in 2012 to 921.598 billion yuan in 2019.Among them,the scale of the renovation market accounted for 35.18%;the scale of the newly built market accounted for 64.82%.Moreover,with the continuous advancement of my country’s urbanization process,the investment in intelligent buildings accounts for 5% to 8% of the total investment in buildings,and some can reach 10%.At this stage,many intelligent construction companies have emerged in my country.Among them,the performance and comprehensive management of a large number of companies are not satisfactory.Profits have also been declining year by year.They are facing the risk of being eliminated under fierce competition.As two comprehensive indicators,cost and schedule reflect the management level of intelligent construction enterprises,and at the same time affect the profitability of enterprises,and determine the viability of enterprises in market competition.Strengthening the project cost and schedule control of intelligent building construction enterprises,reducing costs,and fulfilling the contract duration have become an important link in the management of intelligent construction enterprises.This article takes the intelligent system project of a villa area of ??LT company(hereinafter referred to as "Project A")as an example.In the process of writing,first,it describes the background and significance of the writing of the paper,and analyzes the current research status at home and abroad.Secondly,on the basis of in-depth research on intelligent systems,cost control,schedule control and earned value(EVM),analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and ABC classification and other related theories and methods,the article analyzes the cost and schedule control of Project A.The status quo,and the project cost and schedule plan of the project are compared with the actual situation.Use the earned value method to calculate the deviation between the actual cost of the project and the planned cost and the actual progress and the planned progress;point out the problems in the Project Acost and schedule control and analyze the reasons for the deviation;use the analytic hierarchy process to quantify the cause of the deviation Importance,use the ABC classification method to classify the importance of the cause.Then,according to the classification of the importance of the reasons,combined with the actual situation of LT company,the quality reasons,skill reasons,on-site management,price increase reasons,site reasons,owner reasons and weather reasons that caused the cost and schedule deviation of Project A The reason puts forward corresponding improvement measures to achieve fine control of the cost and schedule of intelligent system engineering.Finally,through the study of the Project A,we have obtained management experience in the cost and schedule control of the intelligent system engineering,and proposed targeted and practical improvement suggestions for the second phase of the project and other intelligent systems.The cost and schedule of system engineering can be controlled to provide help.
