With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway,the difference in railway gauge between countries has seriously hindered the international intermodal transportation and the construction of "the belt and road initiative",the research of the gauge changeable bogie adapted to 1435/1000 mm gauge is focused on in this thesis,so as to solve the interconnection with the railway in Southeast Asia.The main technical difficulty of1435/1000 mm gauge changeable bogie lies in the long distance of wheel axle sliding.When the wheel axle sliding from 1435 mm to 1000 mm gauge,the space between the two wheels of the power wheel set is insufficient,and the arrangement of the sliding device and driving device is difficult.In view of the design difficulties,two design schemes of motor body suspension gauge changeable bogie and motor frame suspension gauge changeable bogie were put forward,and the structural design of the key components of the two kinds of gauge changeable bogie was introduced detailedly in this thesis.On this thesis,two dynamic models of design schemes on 1435 mm and 1000 mm gauge lines were established,and two dynamic models of design schemes on the two gauge lines were calculated respectively The results show that,except that part of the curve passing performance indexes of 1000 mm gauge line exceed the limit,the other dynamic performance indexes and operation stability meet the standard requirements on the two kinds of gauge lines.After the corresponding dynamic calculation and the comparison of the two schemes indexes,the motor body suspension gauge changeable bogie was selected as the final design scheme in this thesis.Considering that some indexes of vehicle curve passing performance exceed the limit,the curve passing performance of motor body suspension gauge changeable bogie was optimized.First of all,12 suspension parameters of the dynamic model of the motor body suspension gauge changeable bogie were taken as factors,and 5dynamic indexes were taken as responses to carry out the test design,and the key factors affecting the curve passing performance of the vehicle were analyzed.In addition,RBF agent model of radial basis function neural network was established,and multi-objective optimization was carried out to obtain the optimal solution of suspension parameters combination within a certain range of parameters,so that the curve passing performance of the motor body suspension gauge changeable bogie can be improved well,and the running stability and stability of the vehicle can be taken into account,which has good dynamic performance on both 1000 mm and 1435 mm gauge lines.
