In order to promote trans-regional economic cooperation and technical exchange and build economic development chain of communication with countries along the "Belt and Road",the development of variable gauge bogie train can effectively solve the railway transportation problems caused by the difference of gauge by changing the inner distance of the wheel to adapt to the running of different gauge lines.The developed variable gauge bogie is loaded on the passenger train.It should not only adapt to the running of different gauge lines,but also meet the good dynamic performance stipulated by the standard.The development of variable suspension system of variable gauge train is one of the better solutions.With the development of variable suspension system of rail train,semi-active suspension system is an intelligent suspension technology with more practical application value.The research on semiactive suspension system of variable gauge train based on magnetorheological shock absorber is an important research subject that can make the train adapt to the rail change condition and ensure good dynamic performance.This article in order to get used to track changes and meet the purpose of high-speed track train of variable suspension system research,development of passenger car track bogie with two lines suspension,first build the variable gauge bogie train dynamics simulation model,through dynamic simulation test study influence high-speed track train dynamic performance of the suspension parameters;The key suspension parameters of variable-gauge trains are tested for robustness optimization,and the optimization objectives of the key suspension parameters and the adjustable key suspension parameters are obtained.Based on the optimization objective of variable key suspension parameters,the anti-snaking magnetorheological shock absorber with adjustable damping and the second series of transverse magnetorheological shock absorber with adjustable stiffness damping were designed.On this basis,the variable suspension system of variable gauge train was designed.Finally,the dynamic performance of high-speed variable gauge train can be taken into account by the designed variable suspension system through simulation.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1、Construction of dynamic simulation model of high-speed variable gauge train.Based on the developed variable gauge bogie,the structure and suspension force of high-speed variable gauge train suspension system are analyzed.On the basis of reasonable assumption,simplified change track vehicles for a rigid body,two basic structure bogie with four wheels on the bike,variable track vehicle system dynamics analysis,high speed is set up based on software Simpack multi-body dynamics of track vehicle dynamics simulation model,adopting load analysis verify the correctness of the model.2、Extraction of key suspension parameters of high-speed variable gauge train.Based on the dynamic simulation model of the variable-gauge vehicle,the value Spaces of 11 suspension parameters were set by the change coefficient method.According to the dynamic performance test and evaluation specifications of rail cars stipulated in GB/T 5599-2019,the influence of suspension parameters on the dynamic performance of variable-gauge trains was analyzed.Based on Pareto diagram method,five key suspension parameters which affect the dynamic performance of variable-gauge train were extracted according to the contribution of suspension parameters to the optimization of each dynamic index.The key suspension parameters were optimized by robust experimental design method,and the optimization and adjustment targets of the key suspension parameters were obtained.3、Optimize the key suspension parameters of the train based on the robustness test.Aiming at the optimal dynamic performance,the optimal orthogonal test combination of five controllable factors and five factor levels was adopted to carry out vehicle dynamics simulation experiment.At the same time,the noise factor levels under different speed and different gauge lines were considered,and the maximum weighted average signal-to-noise ratio was taken as the optimization objective.The optimization values of the key suspension parameters for the vehicle dynamic performance under quasi-rail,broad rail and comprehensive two gauges were obtained,and the validity of the optimization values of suspension parameters was verified by the simulation test.The key suspension parameters are optimized and the parameters are set,and the parameters adjustment objectives of the second train lateral stiffness,the second train lateral damping and the anti-snake shock absorber damping are proposed.4、Design of variable suspension system for high-speed variable gauge train.Based on the obtained adjustment objectives of two series transverse stiffness,two series transverse damping and anti-snake shock absorber damping,which can meet the good dynamic performance of vehicles under two gauges,the design of variable suspension system of variable gauge train is carried out: Based on the principle of magnetorheological(MR),variable damping anti-snake MR damper and variable stiffness and variable damping two lateral MR damper were designed.The measurement and control system of variable suspension of variable gauge train is developed preliminarily and the controller development board is debugged preliminarily.5、Simulation verification of variable suspension system of high-speed variable gauge train.Based on Matlab/Simpack co-simulation,the evaluation indexes of vehicle dynamic performance were calculated,and the changes of dynamic performance evaluation indexes of variable gauge vehicle before and after variable suspension design were analyzed under the two gauges.The evaluation indexes were improved except the lateral vibration acceleration of the frame.In general,the designed variable suspension system can ensure the better dynamic performance of the variable gauge train before and after the track change,so as to verify the effectiveness of the variable suspension system design of high-speed variable gauge train.
