Design And Implementation Of Automobile Parts Inspection And Testing Service System Based On Cloud Platform

With the development of the "Internet+" strategy,the traditional inspection and testing service industry has begun to use the advanced technologies such as Internet of things,cloud computing,big data to promote the transformation and upgrading of the inspection and testing service mode from offline to online.This thesis focuses on the design and development of the automobile parts inspection and testing service system based on cloud platform.The main work is as follows:(1)This thesis analyzes the research and implementation status of inspection and testing service system at home and abroad,investigate the needs of testing institutions and parts enterprises,sort out the categories of testing and online transaction process of testing services,analyze the main problems existing in the existing inspection and testing service platform and put forward corresponding solutions.(2)According to the requirement analysis,the technical framework design,functional structure design,database design,solution design of key problems in system implementation are completed,and the automobile parts inspection and testing service system is realized by coding.It mainly includes: for the need of data interaction between this system and tenant inner system,the cross domain data transmission based on Cross-Origin Resource Sharing is realized;aiming at the problem of quality supervision during the experiment,a streaming media server based on HLS(HTTP live streaming)is built to realize the live and on-demand detection of video web;according to the multi-tenant environment,tenant’s business process is different and may change,by integrating workflow engine,it realizes the custom configuration of the business process;by adding functions for the open-source report software RDF＿SERVER,and realizes the custom display of the system business data and the optimization and visualization display of test data storage.(3)Aiming at the problem of acquiring the inspection service after the increase of the quantity of inspection resources,this thesis studies the use of related theories,technologies and tools of knowledge mapping,constructs the knowledge mapping in the field of automobile parts inspection and testing service,and the visual display of the query results of inspection service based on the knowledge mapping is realized.
