| With the continuous improvement of China’s economic development level,competition exists at all levels of enterprises,and the acquisition and maintenance of enterprises’ competitive advantages cannot be separated from effective personnel training.In recent years,in response to the requirements of China Southern Power Grid,TR power Supply Bureau has paid more attention to the construction of talent team and put more money into it.However,there are many practical problems in the personnel training of TR power supply Bureau at both the system level and the implementation level,which restrict the development of talent team.Papers in southern power grid TR power supply bureau as the research object,the methods of questionnaire investigation and interview,using tools such as ability quality model,the present situation of the further study of TR power supply bureau personnel training and its influencing factors,the analysis of survey data for effective interpretation of various problems,observes the TR power supply bureau personnel training,including talent echelon faults,the lack of talent pool,lack of training demand,training normal effect and practical problems such as the inefficiency and made analysis on the cause of these problems.In view of the backward theory of talent training,the training mode is simple,immature,mechanism is not sound,etc,recommending system,effective methods and mechanism,strengthen the training mode and the way of innovation,using on-the-job new training tools such as teaching,online learning platform,the introduction of the training mode of cooperation,as well as the external platform enhance the level of personnel training,improve personnel quality and ability and the overall effect,job promotion to achieve organizational development strategy has positive significance. |
