To realize the light weight of tracked vehicle,high adoption and high mobility,will help the tracked vehicle to be in a favorable position in the new war environment.Through the adoption of the new type of shell material,and using the measures such as high power engine system,big improvement has been made on the tracked vehicle’s maneuverability.However in the highly mobile environment,the problem of the lateral vibration of the tracked vehicle ’s operating system emerges,which has become the focus of the research and development of the current tank lightweight design.The vibration of the track affects the overall ride comfort and reliability of the vehicle,and is the key factor which limits the development of high maneuverability of tracked vehicles.Therefore,the research on the vibration characteristics of the tracks is of great significance.Based on force and lateral vibration of belt drive and chain and,the Hamilton principle,this thesis studies the simplified model of crawler drive belt transmission characteristics of free vibration and forced vibration,establishes the belt transverse vibration mathematical model and gives analytical solution to the amplitude and natural frequency.In this thesis,dynamics simulation platform using Recurdyn belt transverse vibration dynamics model is established,with different speed and belt tensioning force under the condition of calculated results with analytical solutions obtained underline each other;the dynamics model of validation is completed,the result that the transverse vibration amplitude becomes larger with the increase of tape speed,and smaller with the increase of tension.Based on the kinematics and kinetic analysis of the high-speed tracked vehicle,the model of multi-body dynamics simulation model for caterpillar vehicle is completed.Based on the principle of harmonic superposition,the road model of the corresponding series is set up,and the vehicle model is set to the model of half car to improve computational efficiency.Based on tracked vehicle action system dynamics simulation model for the simulation analysis,according to the fact that the track car travels in a straight line in different vehicle speed,caterpillar pre tensioning force and the simulation results under the road roughness,and the corresponding caterpillar transverse vibration characteristics of crawler is obtained under different influence factors impact on the third towing wheel dynamic load,laying a foundation for subsequent calculation of car body structure fatigue.And using the orthogonal experiment analysis method to evaluate the influence of various factors on the crawler transverse vibration characteristic primary and secondary order,studies have shown that road roughness is the most significant factors,followed by the crawler tension and vehicle speed. |
