Tracked vehicle is a special vehicle which is widely used in the field of military,agriculture and industry,architecture.etc and especially plays an extremely important role in national defense.However,the structure of it is complex and the driving environment is adverse to some extent.If the research method that uses the previous experience or actual measurement is adopted to analyze and optimize the dynamic parameters of it,the process and results seldom achieve the anticipation.In order to be convenient to analyze the effect that the dynamic parameters have on the driving performance of the tracked vehicle so that optimization and design will be available,a certain domestic type of main battle tank is taken as a research object and dynamic equations are established according to the actual structure of it when it is driving on the soft random road;Soil mechanics and the idea of discretization are introduced and the coupled dynamic equations are solved to get the vertical vibration acceleration of the vehicle’s mass center and the traction of the sprocket;Based on this model and screening tests,multi-objective genetic algorithm is adopted to optimize the parameters which makes the model have a better driving performance in theory.This thesis includes five chapters.Chapter one presents the research origin and realistic background,summarizes the research work on simulation,modeling and analysis of tracked vehicle,discusses research progress on the interaction between tracked vehicle and soft soil,which clears the general idea of the thesis.Chapter two introduces the basic theory and method of multi body system dynamics,commercial simulation software RecurDyn and builds dynamic model in Recurdyn.Chapter three sets up the dynamic equations of tracked vehicle when it is driving,at its extreme velocity,on the soft random road according to the knowledge of multi body system dynamics and solves them.Chapter four optimizes the model built in Chapter three with screening tests and multi-objective genetic algorithm in structural and performance parameters.Chapter five makes the conclusion,points out the shortcomings and gives research work the next step.
