| Temperature is the main factor that affects the indoor thermal environment and human thermal comfort.The thermostat is used to control room temperature.People usually install thermostat in a certain position in the room and use the temperature detected as the temperature of the working area to feed back to the air conditioning automatic control system,and whether the temperature at this position is consistent with the temperature of the indoor working environment is unknown.Therefore,it is necessary to seek the curve relationship between the temperature in the indoor working area and the detected value of the thermostat.To find out the relationship between the temperature of the working area of the airconditioned room and the detected value of the thermostat,a method of combining experiment and simulation was adopted And established a full-scale central air conditioning system laboratory air conditioning room model of Chang‘an University Municipal and HVAC Experimental Center,On this basis,the air distribution in the air conditioning room under each working condition is simulated;The experimental temperature and wind speed sensors were used to measure the temperature and speed of multiple measurement points in the room to verify the reliability of numerical simulation results;The distribution characteristics of the air conditioning room working area temperature field were analyzed,and the average temperature of the room working area under each air supply velocity and air supply temperature was taken as the temperature of the whole working area;The installation location of temperature controller in the air conditioning room studied is analyzed,and it can be concluded that the location of the measuring point with the largest temperature difference in the room work area cannot be fixed,and the smallest measuring point position is fixed,when studying the installation position of temperature controller in other rooms,it can be considered to find the position of the measuring point closest to the indoor temperature and install it near the position of the measuring point.The regression equations of various curves under different conditions of air supply velocity and air supply temperature are compared and verified,a functional model that accurately reflects the relationship between the temperature of the working area of the air-conditioned room under study and the detected value of the thermostat is determined.The above results can provide a theoretical basis for guiding the installation of the thermostat,rationally controlling and optimizing the indoor temperature parameters,improving the thermal comfort of the work area personnel,and reducing the energy consumption of the air conditioning system. |
