Research On Influencing Factors And Promotion Strategies Of Construction Enterprises’ Core Competitiveness Under Intelligent Construction

With the country vigorously promoting the high-quality development of the construction industry,intelligent construction has become an inevitable trend of industry development,which brings new opportunities and challenges to construction enterprises.At the same time,the market competition of construction enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In this context,scientifically identifying the influencing factors of the core competitiveness of construction enterprises and taking effective promotion strategies are of great significance to the informatization and intelligent transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises and the high-quality development of the construction industry.Taking construction enterprises as the research object,this paper adopts the research methods of abductive reasoning,structural equation model and so on.Based on the theoretical basis,identify and measure the influencing factors of the core competitiveness of construction enterprises under intelligent construction,screen the key factors,build the key path,and put forward the improvement countermeasures for construction enterprises.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,identify the influencing factors of the core competitiveness of construction enterprises under intelligent construction,and build a list of influencing factors.Based on theoretical research,this paper analyzes the impact of intelligent construction on construction enterprises;Using abductive reasoning method,selecting government policies,enterprise cases and literature results as abductive sources,25 influencing factors were preliminarily identified;The Delphi method is used to improve and revise the preliminary list,and sort out the list of influencing factors including 5 main factors and 21 sub factors.Secondly,build the measurement model of influencing factors to clarify the influence path and degree.The structural equation model is introduced,and the theoretical model is constructed and the research hypothesis is put forward based on the theoretical basis and the list of influencing factors;The questionnaire was designed and distributed,and the empirical data were measured by Amos and SPSS software.The results show that the research hypotheses have passed the test,and the five influencing factors have positive and significant influence,among which the intelligent construction technology has the greatest influence.Finally,it puts forward the strategy to improve the core competitiveness of construction enterprises under intelligent construction.Starting from the background of intelligent construction,11 key factors are selected according to the list of influencing factors and empirical measurement results;According to the characteristics of key influencing factors,five key promotion paths at three levels are constructed;Based on different perspectives,this paper puts forward five countermeasures to improve the core competitiveness of construction enterprises under intelligent construction at three levels.
