| Asphalt pavement rutting is one of the main diseases of asphalt pavement.Its appearance and formation directly affect the performance of asphalt pavement,reduce the service life of asphalt pavement,affect the comfort and safety,and lead to major traffic in severe cases.Therefore,research on rutting diseases has become one of the most widely concerned issues of many experts and scholars at home and abroad.However,due to the unique high temperature and heavy load environment in Hexi area,the existing research has no direct application value for rutting diseases in this area.So this paper takes the case of G30 Expressway in Hexi area of Gansu Province,and puts forward a practical and reliable scheme for rutting disease maintenance aiming at the special environment in Hexi area.Based on the investigation of the rut disease of the G30 highway asphalt pavement in Hexi area of Gansu Province,this paper collects the basic data through field investigation,and analyzes the types and causes of the rutting disease of the asphalt pavement in the Hexi area under high temperature and heavy load conditions.The maintenance treatment measures for various types of rutting diseases caused by different reasons are obtained,and the purpose of improving the road performance of highway asphalt pavement is to provide reference opinions and suggestions for design and maintenance construction.Firstly,based on the G30 highway asphalt pavement disease survey in Hexi,Gansu Province,a detailed analysis of rutting disease in this area was carried out.According to the existing rutting types: wear type,unstable type,compaction type,the survey results found that the Hexi area Most of the ruts are unstable and compacted.Among them,road sections with unstable rutting diseases accounted for 56% of the statistical road sections;sections with compact rutting diseases accounted for 56% of the statistical road sections;road sections with abrasion rutting diseases accounted for 8% of the statistical road sections,and some road sections had both unstable rutting and Compacted rutting disease forms a more complex diseased section.Secondly,the treatment measures for rutting disease are given.On the basis of summarizing the classification and cause analysis of rutting disease on asphalt pavement in Hexi area of Gansu Province,a treatment plan for different rutting disease types was formulated,and the MS-4 micro-surface was used to repair and treat wear and compacted ruts.,Choose MS-4 type micro-surface,the performance of MS-4 type micro-surface mixture in the process of rutting repair and repair is much better than that of MS-3 type micro-surface mixture.Use densely graded asphalt stabilized gravel to repair and treat unstable rutting.The upper layer is 5cm modified asphalt AC-16,the middle layer is 10 cm modified asphalt ATB-30,and the lower layer is the original road surface.Finally,the method of using MS-4 micro surface dealt to treat rutting disease was compared with MS-3,and the indicators were verified by simulated rutting test and Marshall test,highlighting the MS-4 micro surface dealt.Many aspects of severe rutting treatment are superior to MS-3 type micro surface dealts;In addition,relying on the Guyong Expressway as a project,the test section was paved in places where the rut disease was more serious,and the performance of the asphalt pavement was evaluated.The results of various indicators showed that the MS-4 micro surface dealt was in serious treatment.At the MS-3 type micro surface dealt.According to the same method,the dense graded asphalt stabilized macadam was also laid in the test section,and finally the pavement flatness and rutting were tested.The test results show that after a high temperature season,the test pavement treated by dense graded asphalt stabilized gravel is still in a good service state and meets the expected requirements,thus verifying the rationality and correctness of the treatment plan. |
