With the rapid development of highway construction in our country,asphalt pavement is widely used in urban road and highway,and rutting disease is one of the main damage forms of asphalt concrete pavement.High temperature in summer in Chongqing area,the pavement temperature can reach more than 70?,and summer temperatures and the rain continued for a long time.With the increase of the role and impact of canal traffic and increasing axle load of the car,Chongqing track disease on expressway especially urgent need for Chongqing rutting disease factors and prevention measures in-depth research.Our research is based on the rutting in the Chengyu highway.First of all,we carry on the spot investigation of the asphalt pavement rutting disease,and then analyze the characteristics of asphalt pavement rutting disease.We have the AC-13-1,AC-13-2 and AC-13-3 three grade based on the theory of gradation design in the laboratory.We carry on the uniaxial static creep test after the rotation compaction forming,and have to strictly controlled experimental conditions various operating conditions.During the experiment,we use the different temperature(40?? 50??60?)and different sterss(0.3MPa?0.4MPa?0.5MPa)to do the creep test.When the temperature is 60?,record the deformation under three patterns of stress(0.3MPa,0.4MPa,0.5MPa).In the case of 0.5MPa,,record the deformation under three temperatures(40 ?,50 ?,60 ?).Through horizontal vertical comparison and analyze the test results in stiffness modulus E and residual strain ratio,and can find the he influence of temperature,load and grade on the creep characteristics of asphalt mixture.So we can analyze the effect of different factors on the asphalt pavement rutting diseases.Through the analysis of three graded mixture test results,when stress is constant,each grade will show the amount of deformation at 30 ?to 40?.However,when increased to 50 ?,the strain rate and deformation rate increased significantly,and the stiffness modulus of each grade was decreased,and the residual strain ratio was gradually increased.When the temperature is fixed,analyze the gradation,stiffness modulus and residual stress ratio.the specimen did not happen particularly significant deformation when the stress 0.3MPa to 0.4MPa.But it increased to 0.5MPa,the deformation and growth rate of the specimen change quickly.But the stiffness modulus increase rate is on the decrease,showing a slow and a downward trend,indicating that the stability of the test piece has reached a relatively high state,it shows that the stress is too large to cause the deformation and failure of the specimen,and the ratio of residual strain is increased slowly.Test shows the asphalt pavement rutting disease,gradation,temperature,strain,stress level has played a role in the decision,and based on the experimental results for the direction of prevention and treatment of diseases of asphalt pavement were studied.As taking the test results for the direction,we studied deeply of the prevention and treatment work of asphalt pavement.
