Research And Practice Of Intelligent Wheelchair Based On Modular Design

In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology and the widespread promotion of intelligent wheelchair products,people have diversified demands for the functions of intelligent wheelchair.But wheelchairs are extremely long-lived,in order to upgrade its functionality,it must be replaced as a whole to "one-time" consumption.This consumption pattern is contrary to our current trend of sustainable development.Therefore,in this paper,based on the intelligent wheelchair research and practice of modular design,In order to find the fusion of the two pointsthroughthe principles and structural features of modular design and in-depth research of intelligent wheelchairs,in order to explore the functional modular designof intelligent wheelchair and sustainable design methods of functional upgrades,which contributes to the sustainable development strategy.This article is based on modular design of intelligent wheelchair as the research field,according to related theoretical research and analysis of lower limb disability people physiological and psychological aspects to summarize that the modular design of intelligent wheelchair is the trend of future development.Through the application of modular design in other fields,we can more understand the characteristics of modular design.On this basis,firstly,analyze the use of wheelchairs scene.Secondly,selectthe target user by means of structured interviews and field observationsto conduct research,record and analyze,which is to obtain the experimental data of users’ requirements for the main functions of the intelligent wheelchair,output design.Finally,carry out the prototype experiments on the main functions of modular intelligent wheelchair to demonstrate the feasibility of the design.This research is mainly about the combination of intelligent wheelchair and modular design.Through the intervention of modular design in creating can adapt to different user requirements of intelligent wheelchair can makes wheelchair use in late also may carry on replace or upgrade function modules at any time,help the lower limb disability people better participate in social life,and improve the happiness and satisfaction in life.
