| With the development of society,the automobile has become an irreplaceable important means of transportation.At the same time,the rapid development of the automotive industry has brought about a series of problems,such as energy crisis and environmental protection.Pure electric vehicles are powered by rechargeable batteries and driven by motors,which can effectively solve the problems of energy consumption,environmental protection and noise.It plays an important role in the future development of automotive industry.At present,pure electric vehicles are still in the development stage,and the performance of pure electric vehicles still has great room for improvement.The Performance index is an important index in the design of pure electric vehicles,and system parameter matching is the key factor to improve performance index.Its purpose is to select the matching power system components,optimize the performance parameters and improve the performance indicators of pure electric vehicles under the premise of the set performance indicators of pure electric vehicles.This paper takes pure electric vehicle as the research object.According to the performance requirements of the design,reasonable selection and parameter matching are carried out for each part of the power system,and genetic algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the power system.The main research contents include:(1)The structure and characteristics of pure electric vehicles are analyzed,and the dynamic analysis of pure electric vehicles is carried out based on the principle of vehicle dynamics.It focuses on the analysis of maximum speed,acceleration time,specific energy consumption and mileage.(2)According to the preset performance index,the main components such as driving motor,battery and transmission system are selected,and the main parameters of each component are designed.(3)The Advisor software is used to model and simulate the vehicle,reducer,motor and battery.According to the simulation results,the dynamic performance and economy of pure electric vehicle are analyzed.The design requirements are judged according to thesimulation data.(4)The dynamic system parameters of pure electric vehicle are optimized by the genetic algorithm,and the vehicle performance before and after optimization is compared and analyzed.The simulation results show that for the optimized pure electric vehicle,the mileage increases by 3.72%,the energy consumption decreases by 2.7%,the 100 km acceleration time reduces by 2.15%,and the maximum speed increases by 1.77%. |
