Today,green building has become one of the industry development issues that developed countries and some developing countries attach great importance to.Many countries have formulated a series of standards and regulations to promote the development of green building.Green building assessment system is an important means to promote the development of green buildings,whichreflects the maturity of a country’s green building development.With the development of China,the main problems faced by the development of hospitals in public buildings are:high energy consumption of hospital buildings,strong professionalism,high requirements for space quality.In the information age,the information integration and visual management of BIM Technology has become a major change in the construction industry.Therefore,it is considered to build a green hospital building evaluation system with BIM Technology.In this paper,the hospital building as the research object,combines BIM Technology,the main purpose is to establish a scientific evaluation system of green hospital building.On the basis of reference to domestic and foreign research,based on China’s national conditions,this paper studies thegreen hospital building evaluation system based on BIM Technology.Firstly,based on the principle of BIM Technology Simulation and index quantification,scientific indicators are selected to establish the evaluation index system,which consists of five first level indexes,21 second level indexes and 44 third level indexes.Secondly,select the important part of indicators for BIM Technology simulation,and use expert survey method and AHP analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of indicators at all levels,using BP neural network method to establish the green hospital building evaluation model.Then,referring to the evaluation standards at home and abroad,combined with the pace of green building development in China,determine the evaluation level of hospital buildings.Finally,the evaluation model of green hospital building evaluation system has been optimized by BIM Technology,AHP-BPNN model and fuzzy evaluation grade boundary,meanwhile,Shantou Guorui hospital project is selected to verify the green hospital building evaluation system established in Ahis paper and analyze the evaluation results.The research value of this paper lies in the flexible use of BIM Technology and the establishment of a green hospital building evaluation system with strong operability and obvious optimization performance,which is mainly reflected in the following two points:First,combining BIM Technology,according to the quantifiable,simulative and relevant specifications,we can make reasonable quantifiable treatment for each index,and formulate the evaluation criteria for each index;Second,based on China’s national conditions and industry development trends,the optimization of the system is carried out in three aspects:using BIM Technology to optimize the index content,AHP_BPNN optimization model,and thefuzzing boundary of the evaluation grade.
