Hospital building wind environment is a comprehensive subjects which based on architectural feature and involves a variety of subject content, it includes architectural design, urban planning, ecology, energy and many other subjects, etc. In recent years,the function of the hospital demand is not limited to simply save lives with the improvement of medical technology level and the national economy level, the medical environment is gradually paid attention to by people which impact on patient comfort level, good medical environment has a positive impact on patients psychological state in the process of treatment. In this paper, combining with the characteristics of the geography, climate and environment in Taiyuan area, put forward the measures and methods of improving the hospital wind environment of green hospital building in Taiyuan area by aiming at the problems of the hospital building wind environment,the health and comfort of the users, the green building and energy conservation, the spread of pollutants and natural ventilation, etc.It has become very important that good design of the single building and good plans for building groups, make sure that buildings around and the internal architecture has good wind environment. Building wind environment research has a great significance to the development of green building and the building wind environment has become a underestimates the control target in the development wave of the green building.Strive to create a green, comfortable and healthy hospital environment by combining with the natural environment in Taiyuan area and using the modern architecture design idea and design method in the process of the hospital architecture design. This paper uses CFD computer simulation technology to introduce theapplication of wind environment in hospital construction from the aspects of the wind environment and building selected site, the wind environment and building layout,Single building environment and high building wind environment.This paper consists of six chapters:The introduction content in chapter I includes the hospital building wind environment, the research background, research contents, research significance,research methods, research status and climate features of the Green building technology at home and abroad in Taiyuan area.Chapter II introduces the research methods which used in subject research and analysis the collected hospital sample information, eventually made statistics classification and sample analysis to the effective samples.Chapter III starts from the main theories of the research, carried on the thorough theory research adapt to both the wind environment and hospital function streamline design in Taiyuan area and put forward some hospital building layout strategy based on the theory of hospital building outdoor wind environment in Taiyuan area, this chapter is the key part of this article theory.Chapter IV is the key chapter of this paper which mainly analyzes the hospital wind environment with typical layout forms of the three buildings in Taiyuan area,in order to analyze the building method of the hospital wind environment from the field investigation and experimental data in Taiyuan area.Chapter V combined with the theoretical analysis in chapter III and the experimental results analysis in chapter IV, from two aspects of the theory and practice to analyze the effective design strategy and methods of creating a good environment for the hospital building wind in detail in Taiyuan area.Chapter VI is the last chapter in this paper, as a summary to make a conclusion to this research problem and make a certain scientific research to this subject in the future research direction.
