The scale of construction of water conservancy projects has increased significantly,and the security risks have increased dramatically,causing serious losses to society and the people.Emergency rescue of accidents can effectively reduce the negative impact of emergencies,which requires decision makers to use scientific and reasonable methods to make emergency decisions.For emergency decision-making of water conservancy engineering construction emergencies,decision makers are often under a certain amount of time and psychological pressure.The decision-making problems they face often appear in an unstructured form,which may lead to failure to reach an effective and reasonable solution.In order to improve the timeliness and accuracy of emergency decisions,the expert system comprehensively uses various information technologies to provide effective support for the work of decision makers and effectively strengthen emergency management.Therefore,the research on emergency decision-making expert system of water conservancy projects becomes an important subject.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)For the problem of emergency decision-making methods in water conservancy projects,this paper combs the existing fuzzy theories,in view of the previous multi-attribute decision-making method ignores the impact of group opinions and individual opinions on the results,and fully considers the group utility value and personal regret value The influence of this paper proposes a multi-attribute group decision-making method based on fuzzy Vikor algorithm.Firstly,the interval intuitionistic fuzzy number is defined.Secondly,language phrases are used to express the attribute evaluation value of decision-making experts.Then,the individual opinions are aggregated by aggregator.Then,the entropy weight method is used to solve the attribute weight.Finally,by introducing the group satisfaction threshold to control the interaction of group decision-making,a multi-person multi-round multi-attribute decision-making method based on fuzzy Vikor algorithm is given.Finally,a numerical example analysis of the algorithm is given,including sensitivity analysis and comparative analysis.These have paved the way for the algorithm of the main function of the following expert system-decision-making.(2)When water conservancy engineering accidents occur,decision-making experts are faced with the problem that information is not easy to collect and cannot be made quickly.The expert system can quickly collect accident information and quickly process expert opinions.This article analyzes and implements the expert system here.Through the design of the system’s feasibility,business requirements and functional modules,using computer technology and database technology system for modeling and implementation.Finally,a general-purpose emergency decision-making expert system based on fuzzy evaluation language is designed.Finally,an example is used to demonstrate the feasibility.The research in this paper firstly starts from the Vikor method based on fuzzy theory,and solves the problem of the rescue algorithm sequencing algorithm in emergency decisionmaking of water conservancy projects,so that the entire decision-making process becomes reasonable and clear,and the decision-making model has good stability and rationality.In addition,this paper also tries to apply the expert system to the decision-making of water conservancy projects.Finally,the practical engineering application of an emergency decision-making expert system based on the fuzzy Vikor algorithm is given.It also provides the application of the expert system in the field of water conservancy engineering.Value reference.
