| Basalt Fiber(BF)is a new type of inorganic non-metallic material with high temperature and corrosion resistance.It also has excellent properties of tensile,cracking,impermeability impermeability and impact resistance and high modulus of elasticity.High-Performance Basalt Fiber Reinforced Cementitious Composites(HPBFRCC)is a new type of building material with cement as the matrix and basalt fiber as the reinforcement which combined with other materials.It has high compressive strength,tensile strength,shear strength and toughness.Comprehensive municipal tunnel is the need to realize modern urbanization.Based on HPBFRCC,the indoor static load test of the municipal tunnel and the finite element simulation of the gas explosion of the municipal tunnel were carried out in this paper.in order to provide reference for the actual personnel of the project.The main research contents are as follows:1.The mechanical properties of HPBFRCC with 5 different basalt fiber contents,including cubic compressive strength test,splitting tensile strength test and modulus of elasticity test,were carried out,and the best basalt fiber content was obtained.2.The micrograph of HPBFRCC was obtained by means of SEM.At the same time,based on microscopic analysis and grey correlation theory,combined with macroscopic strength,the mechanism of enhancing the macroscopic strength of basalt fiber was revealed.3.Based on the best content of HPBFRCC,the strain and displacement distribution of the municipal tunnel were obtained through the indoor static load test.4.The LS-DYNA finite element analysis software was used to analyze the dynamic response of the municipal tunnel with the gas explosion load.At the same time,the effects of different gas load peaks and different gas load holding time on the municipal tunnel were researched. |
