With the rapid development of current science and technology, the basic performance of concrete has been far from meeting the needs of contemporary people,so people have launched a further exploration and research on the function of new concrete. At present, basalt fiber and glass hybrid fiber concrete as a new type of composite material is still in the initial stage of exploration.Based on the excellent durability of basalt fiber and good corrosion resistance of glass fiber, the hybrid fiber of the two plays an immeasurable role in the development of concrete materials in the future,so this new composite material should be vigorously explored.Hybrid fibrous concrete with basalt fiber and glass fiber used in engineering design needs to work together with reinforcement under external load and has a good bonding performance. The difficulty of developing and popularizing new composite materials lies in the study of the anchorage performance of basalt fiber and glass fiber hybrid fiber concrete and steel bar.In this paper,by combining experimental research and theoretical analysis, the bond anchorage performance of basalt fiber and glass fiber hybrid fiber concrete and steel bar is studied. The design scheme is as follows:(1)In order to explore the mechanical properties of new fiber concrete, basalt fiber and glass fiber were mixed with concrete in a certain proportion to test the mechanical properties of concrete test blocks with different proportions of fiber. The test results show that the slump of fiber reinforced concrete is lower than that of ordinary concrete.Hybrid fiber reinforced concrete has the highest compressive strength, followed by single fiber reinforced concrete, and ordinary concrete has the weakest compressive strength. The splitting tensile strength test shows that the splitting tensile strength of ordinary concrete is inferior to that of single fiber reinforced concrete, and the splitting tensile strength of single fiber reinforced concrete is weaker than that of hybrid concrete, and hybrid fiber reinforced concrete has the best effect.Fiber reinforced concrete can effectively restrain the development trend of cracks when the concrete is damaged,so that the integrity of the component is maintained when the damage is done.(2)In this paper, the central single-end pull-out test was carried out on the specimens with different fiber incorporation amounts to explore the bond anchorage performance between fiber reinforced concrete and steel bar.The bonding and anchorage properties of concrete and steel with different basalt fiber volume ratio, glass fiber volume ratio, basalt fiber and glass fiber hybrid fiber volume ratio were investigated. The full load-slip curves of each concrete specimen were measured and recorded. The bond failure process of three kinds of fiber reinforced concrete drawing specimens was studied, and then the failure modes of specimens and the bond slip curves were compared and analyzed.Based on the bond anchorage performance organized by scholars at home and abroad, the measured data of this test and the theoretical calculated value were compared and verified to verify the reliability of this test. |
