| The drivability of new energy vehicles can reflect the subjective feeling of interaction between drivers and vehicles in the longitudinal driving process of new energy vehicles,which has a corresponding impact on drivers’ ride comfort and body fatigue strength.At the same time,the driving performance,dynamic performance and economic performance can be used as the evaluation basis of the vehicle performance.In China,the study on the drivability of new energy vehicles is still in its germination stage.Subjective evaluation with many influencing factors is often adopted in the evaluation.The way to improve the evaluation is to combine objective evaluation with subjective evaluation and conduct the study on the drivability of new energy vehicles from these two aspects.Firstly,based on the study of drivability of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and summary of the powertrain configuration of mainstream new energy vehicles in the market,and makes a detailed division of the hybrid electric modules,which provides the foundation for the following research.Secondly,according to the driving characteristics of new energy vehicles,a set of complete subjective evaluation conditions and objective evaluation indexes for driving performance of new energy vehicles are developed.By analyzing the situations that drivers may encounter in the actual driving process,and combining with the driving characteristics of new energy vehicles on the actual road,a set of evaluation conditions suitable for hybrid electric vehicles is designed,and the evaluation conditions are extended for analysis,and the design of the whole actual vehicle test is completed.Thirdly,the vehicle is tested on the actual road and powertrain platform.During the test process,the process data are collected according to the objective evaluation indexes,and the test data are processed and analyzed.The validity of the new energy vehicle driving performance evaluation test is verified.Finally,eight indexes are extracted according to the characteristics of new energy vehicles,and the analytic hierarchy process is introduced to calculate the weights of the eight indexes and conduct consistency test,which provides a basis for subjective evaluation. |
