Research On Evaluation System Of Destrict Energy Systems

District Energy as a kind of mature and effective energy solutions,to provide cheap energy supply,reduce the dependence on imported energy and the realization of the cascade utilization of energy,the control of energy supply,improving local air quality and reduce the harmful gas emissions and increase the proportion of renewable energy in energy use,has been used more and more cities in the world.District Energy System has a history of more than 100 years in the world,but the development of China’s District Energy System is still in its infancy.Although many decisions and measures of regional energy systems need to be on the local level,but at present,China needs a national standard to guide the design,investment and operation of District Energy System,so an evaluation system becomes an urgent matter.This article first to the District Energy System and conventional technology according to the heating,cooling,power and energy storage is divided into four categories,from the point of view of technology and city level analysis of the regional energy advantage: enhance regional resilience,economic benefits and environmental benefits.In the full study on the existing relevant component technology standard,respectively from the viewpoints of energy efficiency,environment and economy of evaluation index is put forward,including four evaluation index of energy efficiency evaluation index,two,three economic environment evaluation index,build up regional energy evaluation system framework.The specific calculation method of each index is given,and the calculation method of several indicators is improved or improved according to the characteristics of District Energy System.Positive and for each indicator to dimensionless,by consulting relevant experts and distributed in the form of questionnaires to collect data,using hierarchical analysis and clustering analysis method is applied in determining weights of each index in the system.According to the score of the project to develop a classification standards and the merits of the system at all levels,make the evaluation results more clear,to promote the development of the district power system in our country and uniting all relevant standards.Finally combining with Wuhan Huashan ecological new town project,with a complete annual cycle,the evaluation of case analysis to run test feasibility of evaluation system and further to illustrate the application of system approach.This paper established the evaluation system of District Energy System is suitable for a particular area,for the white paper on China’s District Energy and project provides the theory basis for the establishment of the standard system,such as access to help explore green sustainable development path.
