Case Study Research On University Basic Construction Cost Index

Basic construction is an important work of a large investment and long time of benefit, which has a vital role in the development of colleges and universities. From the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education "strategy to the party’s 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China about" giving priority to the development of education, the construction of human resources in the country deployment, over the past decade, higher education into an unprecedented big leapugreat development stage, the university also opened the prelude to large-scale construction, the basic construction of colleges and universities entered the period of rapid development. Currenf research on cost management is effective, but the thesis to the university infrastructure project for the study is still litter. In this paper, the theoretical basis of cost index for the cost of infrastructure projects management in university research. Using kunming university of science and technology Chenggong campus construction has the engineering cost information, data, on the basis of applied statistics, the cost management, and other related theory, infrastructure projects in colleges and universities of engineering cost index system research.Thesis main contents include:(1)Fixing on the target basing on the research, establishes theory frame of building construction cost index system for university infrastructure projects;(2)Preparation of Kunming university of science and technology Chenggong campus major infrastructure project construction cost index and statistics;(3)Statistical analysis of the main factors in the Chenggong campus of Kunming University of Science and Technology, by the gray-entropy analysis to identify the main factors influencing changes in project cost, and the sensitivity analysis, to identify the sensitivity factor.(4)Proposed the calculation method of cost prediction of university infrastructure project based on cost index;(5)Presented to suggestions of university infrastructure projects reasonable cost control, etc.
