Study On The Urban Design Strategy Of The New District In The Small Towns Under The Concept Of ‘Shanshui City’

Based on historical experience and the current state of development in China,the development of small towns will become an important part of the second half of urbanization.The development level of small towns in Zhejiang Province is leading the country,but while achieving industrial and economically strong counties,some small towns have failed to form the characteristics of small towns because they have ignored the mountain water resources and humanistic characteristics they have.Problems such as the imbalance of the land structure and the gradual loss of urban style and other issues have been addressed.Therefore,the paper analyzes the development process of various towns in the Yongjiang area of Hangzhou,clarifies the problems that arise in the development,and then explores urban design strategies that can continue the small towns ’Shanshui image,regional cultural characteristics,and landscape characteristics.It has important theoretical value and practical significance for the sustainable development of small towns.The thesis firstly found that the concepts of "small towns","new districts" and“Shanshui” city,as well as related research results of small towns,new district planning and urban design at home and abroad,found that the concept of “Shanshui” city is an important part of planning context;second,through the research on the development and expansion of towns in the Yongjiang area of Hangzhou and the construction of new districts,the problems of the development of various towns were found and the reasons were analyzed;in addition,drawing on the experience of Hangzhou and Fuyang District’s“Shanshui” city development,and summing up the main points of Shanshui city construction,demonstrating the applicability of the Shanshui city concept to small towns,put forward the goals,principles and strategies of urban design for small towns and new areas under the Shanshui city concept;finally,based on the eastern area of Tonglu County,practice verification and form the following important conclusions:First,abundant mountain water resources are the main points that need to be paid attention to in the planning and design of small towns,as well as in development and construction.Therefore,the urban design of small town’s new districts is integrated with the concept of Shanshui city,the integration of natural landscape and regional humanities,and the creation of the city of Shanshui painting and the city of Shanshui humanities.This has an important guiding role in the construction of small towns.Second,ecological priority,Shanshui freehand painting,humanistic painting,regional shaping,humanistic care,blank growth,and dynamic development should be the basic principles guiding the urban design of small towns and new areas.Third,in planning and designing strategies,protecting the ecological background and maintaining the skeleton of the Shanshui pattern are the foundation of the new district construction;regional transportation links,optimizing the transportation of the new district,and emphasizing the combination of functional land use,industrial layout innovation is an important means to achieve the development of the new district;Through the open space organization of "being on the mountain and the water",the design of the viewing system of "looking at the mountain and seeing the water",the urban outline control of "melting the mountain and water" and the architectural form guidance of "showing the mountain and dew water",etc.are the space technique of Shanshui painting city;in the end,the city of Shanshui humanity will be built through the imagery of Shanshui and regional humanities.
