With the rapid development of technology and economy,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Since the reform and opening up,China has stepped into the ranks of manufacturing powers.The electronic manufacturing industry had become an indispensable part of the manufacturing industry with the development of intellectualization.However,due to the late start of China’s electronic industry and the slow development of industrialization,enterprises are still at the middle and low end of the industrial chain.Assembly,as the last link in production,has a vital impact on the products produced by enterprises.Through the optimization of assembly line,under the condition of basic balance,each workstation can achieve synchronous production,shorten the production rhythm,and reduce the inventory pressure of products in the production process,thus reducing the production cost,improving the production output and the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the above considerations,this thesis proposes to improve the inefficiency and production line equalization of assembly line based on TOC theory.Flexsim simulation is used to compare and analyze the simulation models of assembly line before and after optimization.The main contents of this thesis include:First,this thesis illustrated the feasibility and advantages of the application of TOC,lean production and Flexsim simulation in assembly line to improve production efficiency and balance of production line.Second,this thesis took the intelligent gas meter assembly of X-electronic manufacturing enterprise as the research object,and used TOC theory to study the assembly status from action analysis,working hour analysis and process content analysis,and found that the operation time of each station is not balanced and the process content was executed.There was difficult to performed actions,operating tools cause the operation to be unsuccessful,and during the operation,there was repeated redundant actions,which were the main factors affecting the inefficiency and imbalance of the production line.Third,the status quo of intelligent gas meter assembly line is analyzed.Through the analysis of the current situation,the ECRS principle in lean production was used to improve the priority relationship of each process,the shortening of working hours,and the balanced distribution of working hours of each station.The improvement results clearly achieved the goal of improving production efficiency and production line balance.Finally,Flexsim simulation model was established.Flexsim simulation model was established through the optimization analysis of the assembly line.The rationality of the optimized assembly line was verified by the data report generated by Flexsim simulation.This thesis combined TOC theory,lean production and Flexsim simulation,improved the production efficiency and production line balance of assembly production line.This method could provide theoretical guidance and practical significance for the optimization of assembly production line,and had positive significance for the efficient production of manufacturing industry.
