As an internationally recognized low-carbon and environmentally friendly building form,container house is favored by domestic and foreign architectural experts for its advantages of over 95% prefabrication.However,the high construction cost has brought great resistance to its vigorous development and application.Therefore,it is of great significance and practical value to study the optimal design of container house weight reduction.Based on a factory is developing a container house products as the research object,with the product in the vertical bearing test of maximum stress and maximum displacement of the delta as indicators of reliability,in order to reduce the weight of container house as the goal,the main component of container house,such as corner post,bottom frame beam,cross member and top frame beam,for structural optimization,to achieve weight loss optimization design for this product.The research work and corresponding research results obtained in this paper are as follows:(1)Designed the initial structure of the container house,and established the 3D model by using Pro/E 3D modeling technology.(2)Using ANSYS finite element analysis technology to simulate the vertical load condition,the test analysis was carried out on the container house.Then,through orthogonal test and intuitive analysis,the order of influence of main components on the weight of container house is determined as follows: bottom frame beam thickness > cross member thickness > top frame beam thickness > corner post thickness.Multiple linear regression equations of maximum displacement,maximum stress and the weight of container house were established by MATLAB.(3)The optimal design theory was used to establish the weight reduction optimization mathematical model of the container house,and the MATLAB optimization toolbox was used to solve the mathematical model.By comparing and analyzing the optimized calculation results with the original design data,the weight of the container house was reduced by 586 kg,a decrease of 9.8%,indicating that the optimized design of weight reduction achieved remarkable results.(4)Carry out vertical bearing capacity test on the sample product by simulating vertical bearing condition on the test bed of the mechanical laboratory.The test data of the sample product are basically consistent with the analysis data of the finite element simulation test,which again verifies the correctness and reliability of the optimal design method for weight reduction of the container house studied in this paper.The specific research work in this paper has experienced initial product structure design,finite element simulation analysis,product optimization design,finite element analysis verification,sample product production,sample product test verification.The whole process is progressive and interrelated,which successfully and effectively realizes the weight reduction optimization goal of the container house.The research work and results of this paper have found out a set of practical methods for the cost-reducing optimization design of similar products,which has a very great reference value for the research and development and optimization design of similar products.
