| The floor is an important part of the structure.This paper presents a new type of light steel floor system which is suitable for a variety of structural systems and conforms to the requirements of assembly architecture.In this paper,the experimental study,finite element analysis and theoretical analysis are carried out to get the design and calculation method of the floor.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Through the vertical static load test of the composite floor,the different bearing capacity of the floor specimen with different plane dimensions and different keel section openings was studied.Displacement and strain of the specimen were observed by displacement gauge and strain gauge Change,summarize the failure of the specimen.2.The ABAQUS finite element software was used to build the floor model,and the experimental results were verified by finite element simulation analysis,and the experimental design was supplemented.Based on ABAQUS finite element software,the influence factors of bearing capacity of New light steel floor structure were analyzed,and the factors affecting the bearing capacity of five types of bearing capacity were discussed for the factors such as floor span,floor width,floor thickness,keel steel thickness and keel section opening To explore and get the corresponding conclusion.3.The design method of the new type of light steel floor is studied,the deflection formula of the floor in the normal use stage is deduced,the formula of the bending capacity of the floor under the load capacity limit is deduced,and the new type The basic design provides that the basic design requirements include design principles and construction requirements.This paper presents a new design method of light steel floor,which provides the basis for the application of new light steel floor system in engineering. |
