The turntable is an important supporting part of the machine tool,and its slight deformation will affect the monitoring precision of the machine tool seriously.In this dissertation,a military U turntable was taken as the research object,and the static and dynamic performance of the turntable were analyzed by using ABAQUS software.In particular,the impact collision process was analyzed by explicit dynamics in detail.On this basis,the structural optimization was carried out with the goal of weight loss.The main research work was as follows:(1)Based on the finite element model of the whole structure of the turntable was built.The distribution of the stress-strain and displacement of the turntable structure was analyzed under the normal conditions.The static bearing capacity of the turntable was obtained.The stress and displacement state of the turntable on the collision of vehicle turntable was analyzed.The orientation of the vehicle turntable and the dynamic displacement of the key position and the maximum impact force to bear and the safety speed were obtained.Have been discussed plastic strain and measures of the turntable when vehicle cleared obstacles.(2)Put to use the method of comparison of the same displacement stress,the relevance of main dimension parameters and the influence of main dimension parameters on bearing capacity of the side and bottom of the turntable were analyzed respectively.The quality and stress status in different parameters of the side and bottom were obtained.Finally,the reasonable structure dimension parameters of the side and bottom were obtained.(3)The whole turntable was carried out of the optimization structure dimention.The result of static and collision of the optimized turntable was analysis compared with the original turntable.
