Assembled-type of light-steel(ATLS)modular house-a modular building with construction efficiency,resource conservation and eco-friendly architecture and many other advantages-has been widely used in hotels,teaching buildings,exhibition halls and other building fields.The ATLS modular house has special structure characteristics.The column and top and bottom frame beams are connected by the corner-fitting.The column and the corner-fitting are connected by the nut-free high-strength bolt and the top and bottom frame beams and the corner-fitting are connected by welding.The column,the top frame beams and bottom frame beams are all asymmetric opening section formed by the cold-formed thin-walled steel rolling.Therefore,it has complex mechanical characteristics.In this paper,a parametric analysis of the rotation performance for the innerconnection(between the up and bottom frame and column),vertical bearing capacity and lateral bearing property was carried out.The vertical bearing capacity and lateral bearing property was analyzed systematically.The integral calculation model of multistory ATLS modular house was proposed.The design selection table,combined with the research of vertical bearing capacity and lateral bearing performance,was putted forward.The specific work content is as follows:(1)The finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish a refined model of the connection in ATLS modular house,and the model was compared with the experiment.And the accuracy of the finite element model was verified.Parametric analysis was used to explore the rotation performance of the connection.The initial rotational stiffness of the connection was theoretically discussed through component method and the ultimate bending capacity of the connection was also studied.Basing on the results of the study,the three parameters model of M-θ was proposed and some suggestions for the inter-story drift angle of the ATLS modular house are proposed.(2)The finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish a refined model and a multi-scale model of the ATLS modular house,and the model was compared with the experiment.It was verified that the refined model and the multi-scale model can effectively capture the deformation characteristics of the ATLS modular house and mechanical properties.Based on the validated multi-scale model,a parametric analysis of the vertical bearing capacity of the ATLS modular house was carried out,and the influence of the thickness of the column,floor load,and building height on the vertical bearing capacity of the ATLS modular house was studied.(3)The verified multi-scale model was used to analyze the lateral bearing performance of the ATLS modular house under the condition of hinged and rigid bottom,and the parametric analysis was carried out based on the ATLS modular house model with hinged bottom.The influence of the height of the building,top load,the thickness of the column and the diameter of the bolt on the lateral bearing performance of the ATLS modular house was explored.And the influence of the additional supports on the ATLS modular house was studied too.(4)Based on the previous research,the overall calculation model of the multilayer ATLS modular house was proposed.The dynamic characteristics of the ATLS modular house under different connection between the layers was compared.The natural vibration period law of the multi-story ATLS modular house was analyzed.Combining the analysis of vertical bearing capacity and the lateral bearing performance,the multi-layer ATLS modular house design selection table was proposed to provide a reference for the design and application of the multi-layer ATLS modular house.
