Research On The Conservation And Construction Techniques Of Traditional Dwellings In Eastern Changchun

Eastern Changchun has fertile land,flat terrain,and vertical and horizontal river systems.It is the major grain production region and an important water source near Changchun.In the cultivation history of over 200 years,it has accumulated rich regional culture and village folk customs,and retained numerous precious traditional residential house architecture heritage,among which brick residential houses have the most distinctive features.Traditional residential house is an important component for the history and culture of the Chinese nation.While absorbing the essence of traditional residential houses of Han Nationality in Central China,traditional residential houses of Changchun have also improved and developed them based on the geographical location and climatic environment and local life customs,thus forming unique creation techniques and practices.With the constant development of cities,a lot of traditional residential houses in the region have gradually declined and been abandoned.They are even faced with the situation of being demolished,which seems particularly important for the collection,combing and protection of construction techniques of traditional residential houses.This thesis conducts a survey centering on Zhaojiagangzi traditional villages of Quanyan Town,systematically sorts out the construction techniques for brick traditional residential houses,raises specific protection design proposals,and hopes to make some contribution to the protection of traditional residential houses in the region.This thesis consists of four parts:Part One introduces the origin of the research project and research background,object,and content,clarifies the scope of research objects,interprets the objectives and significance of the research,lists out domestic and overseas research status,and analyzes relevant research theories.Part Two introduces the development status of traditional residential houses in eastern Changchun,conducts survey and mapping on existing cases in easternChangchun,and probes deep into the building characteristics of traditional residential houses in the region.Part Three is based on the data on the field investigation on traditional residential houses in eastern Changchun and offers a detailed analysis on the building technical characteristics for such parts as foundation,walls,wooden structure,and detailed practice.Part Four targets the status of the traditional houses Zhaojia Courtyard in the survey,proposes the problems in the protection of traditional residential houses at the current stage and offers scientific and effective protection methods.Finally,the most representative traditional houses of the Zhaojiagangzi Put forward a protection design plan and apply the previous research results to the protection design plan.
