| Building information modeling(BIM)is an important new technology in engineering construction industry at present.With the in-depth research and development of BIM technology,BIM has been widely used in various fields of China’s engineering construction industry.The construction unit is the biggest beneficiary of building information model.There are many participants in the construction process.The participants have clear engineering construction roles and responsibilities which leads the great differences in the BIM application objectives of project participants.Because of the game relationship between the participants in the project,the quality of BIM data generated in the process of construction is not good which cannot meet the needs of the construction unit as an enterprise digital asset management.To solve this problem,BIM data cannot be regarded as only to meet the needs of a certain technology application point in the construction process,but from the perspective of site data governance,BIM model should meet the needs of the strategic objectives of the construction unit.Under the leadership of the construction unit,the BIM data governance strategy should be implemented in the project to realize BIM data management,and improve the quality of BIM data.The construction unit should plan the BIM data of each participant from the height of data governance,form a unified BIM data quality management mode and manage BIM data quality by building a unified data management mode.This research takes improving the quality of BIM data in the process of engineering project construction as the research object.From the perspective of data governance of construction units,this research takes accuracy,completeness,consistency and timeliness of BIM data as the evaluation dimensions of BIM data quality.23 factors which influence BIM data quality are sorted out by referring to the international common data management framework system and basing on TOE(technology-organization-environment)framework.The influence of technical factors,organizational factors and environmental factors on the quality of BIM data is obtained through the questionnaire.The influence weight of technical,organizational and environmental factors on the accuracy,completeness,consistency and timeliness of BIM data quality is obtained through the method of hypothesis test and regression analysis.The BIM data quality influence factor model is established,and "setting goals,building standards,setting up organizations,building platforms,controlling contracts,and managing process" is put forward the general management mode framework of BIM data management.Finally,the practical application process of BIM data management based on the management model is illustrated by taking the construction process of an automobile factory as an example.Data governance system is a huge system.This research is limited to management mode framework of BIM data quality.Further research and exploration are needed on other parts involved in data governance such as data storage and data framework. |
