Design And Implementation Of State Grid Inspection Data Governance System

With the continuous expansion of the scale of the power grid,the continuous improvement of information technology,and the gradual development of big data projects,the demand for data quality improvement by the State Grid Corporation is becoming more and more urgent.However,due to insufficient data standardization and low management level,it directly affects the analysis and application of data.The thesis takes the distribution network data as the object,and through advanced theories and methods such as DAMA data management knowledge management system,DGI data governance framework and IBM Data Governance Maturity Model,designed and implemented the grid inspection data governance System prototype.The thesis firstly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,and elaborates on the data governance theory system in the subject.Then it sorts out and analyzes the current status of distribution network data management,and studies the main problems existing in the current grid data and the root causes of the problems.Then,the requirements of the system are analyzed from the aspects of governance organization and role,business rule,indicator system,and data quality assessment.Finally,the process of system implementation is described from the overall structure,main functions and database.In the system,the management process of business rules,the management system of the indicator system,and the data quality evaluation model are designed.The business rules define the scope of the core business and data governance of the enterprise.Quantitative indicators of data quality for the entire organization are developed in the indicator system.The evaluation model quantifies the data quality from the four dimensions of data integrity,consistency,accuracy and timeliness,combines the results of the analysis with the data standard specifications to determine the root causes of the differences,and gives corresponding solutions to improve the data quality according to the definition of data standards.The realization and application of the system provide a scientific theoretical basis for the improvement of grid data quality,and provide reliable data support for grid information construction.
