| The empty nest group is the companion of urbanization and modernization.This group is not only limited to the elderly,but also includes young people who are far from home and work alone in big cities.This article takes long-term rental apartments as the material carrier,and explores the design planning and strategies of shared space in mixed-age communities from the mixed living needs of urban empty-nest people.Firstly,based on Maslow’s demand theory,it investigates the current rental situation,daily life behaviors,shared use of functional space and the willingness of mixed living among young and old groups,and summarizes the tendency of young and old groups to use functional space and the willingness of mixed living.And through the behavior-space interaction theory to analyze the living needs of the young and old groups,and divide the mixed and shared functional space of the mixed-age community into living space and entertainment space.Four development trends of mixed sharing in mixed-age communities are drawn: sharing and interactivity,integration and openness,integrity and diversity,and functionality and complexity.Furthermore,based on the concept of "local elderly care",a flexible embedded mixed-age community planning strategy based on the concept of "pan-family" is proposed.And discuss the topic from three aspects:mixed planning mode,flexible embedded mixed-age shared space design strategy,and panfamily-based functional mixed sharing.Put forward five design principles,two levels of planning design patterns,four design logics,five types of space design strategies,and two space atmosphere creation methods.Studies have shown that the mixed-aged community living model of young and old solves the current life dilemma of them who have low spiritual life and declining social behavior.To a certain extent,it alleviates the problem of low quality of spiritual life caused by unsatisfied psychological needs,improves labor productivity on the side. |
