The emergence of new retail has broken the original boundary between online and offline.By re integrating the resources of the two sales scenarios,the existing "people’s and goods yard" sales scene is upgraded,and the retail format and ecological circle are reshaped,and new rules and order are constructed.With the advent of the new retail era,the sustainable development of enterprises has become a problem faced by traditional large enterprises.As a typical representative of traditional large-scale foreign appliance enterprises,PX household appliance company is also exploring the ways and methods of organizational change and transformation in this era.For household appliance manufacturing enterprises,this paper adopts a six-dimensional model,including objectives,technology,collaboration,function construction,information and personnel,to evaluate the effect of organizational structure change of household electrical appliance enterprises;at the same time,combining with the specific characteristics of household appliances enterprises,this paper analyzes the motivation of organizational change from both external and internal directions.Specifically,this paper explores the general situation and problems of the original organizational structure of the case enterprise PX household appliance company in detail,describes the original operation status of the PX household appliance company,the original organizational structure of the PX household appliance company,and discusses the business development of the PX household appliance company under the new retail environment;according to the theoretical model,it points out the problems existing in the organizational structure of the PX company,including the formulation of organizational objectives It is not clear enough,organizational technology can not meet the needs of the new retail market,organizational coordination efficiency is low,organizational function design is defective,organizational information communication is not smooth,and organizational staff team building is insufficient.Then it analyzes the external environment and internal motivation of PX company’s organizational change;then it discusses the design of organizational change plan of PX household appliance company,and gives the effect evaluation.First of all,this paper gives a scheme for the overall design of organizational change,discusses the objectives and principles of organizational change,the design ideas of organizational change,and the overall implementation process framework of organizational change;then it describes the implementation content of organizational change effect in detail.Finally,by listing sales performance results and conducting questionnaire survey to employees,the effect of organizational change is evaluated in different dimensions.The results show that the effect of organizational change in the six dimensions of goal,technology,collaboration,function construction,information and personnel is good,and the overall effect of organizational change is satisfactory.Finally,this paper summarizes the enlightenment and reference of PX electric appliance company in organizational change for other companies.It proposes that actively seeking organizational change,adhering to the scientific nature of organizational change,and ensuring the sustainability of organizational change are the principles that enterprises should generally abide by.It is expected that the research in this paper can provide constructive suggestions for the organizational reform of household appliance enterprises.
