The operation and maintenance management of transformer network is an important part of the daily operation system of power supply enterprises.Its management mainly includes the substation and substation equipment and other infrastructure management,the implementation of various substation operation and maintenance business process,all kinds of substation operation plan process management.At present,the substation operation and maintenance management business of most domestic power supply enterprises is mainly implemented based on PMS system.However,with the increasingly prominent problems of PMS system,most of the business management systems need to be independently developed and realized by power supply companies.As an important component of PMS system,substation management subsystem plays a very important role in the implementation of substation grid operation and maintenance management business of power supply enterprises.In this thesis,based on the experience of participating in system development,the functional design and development process of the production information management system are discussed and studied in detail.And the computer software technology,tools and methods are adopted to build an information-based solution for the project management business.The system belongs to the transformer substation management functional component of the company's PMS system.The internal functions of the system are divided into three parts: infrastructure management module,operation work management module and planned task management module.The system can provide information tool support for the transfer network management business according to the actual content and management mode.In the research work,according to the actual research and development of the system,this thesis first summarizes the research and development technology and related theoretical basis of the system,such as.NET Web application development technology,Web service technology,and MVC development mode and so on.Secondly,the specific business background and working process of the system are expounded according to the company's transfer network management business environment research results.And the overall development goals and detailed functional requirements structure of the system are analyzed from the perspective of end users.At the same time,the non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed,including performance requirements and security requirements.Thirdly,the software design technology and tools as well as.NET Web development technology are adopted to set up the development environment of the system according to the work results of system needing analysis work.And the internal function of the system is designed and coded in detail at the same time.Finally,based on the actual business application of the system,the simulation test environment of the system was built to test the function and performance of the system,and the test results of the system were analyzed to determine whether the expected results were achieved,and the work results and shortcomings of the thesis were summarized.The production information management system can cover each business of transfer network management strictly in accordance with the company's actual business management content and methods.The system can improve the overall work efficiency and quality of the transfer network management department,improve the company's transfer network management level and competitiveness in the power market..
