A Study On Development Strategy Of CJ Group Based On New And Old Kinetic Energy Conversion

As China enters the new normal of economic development,the main contradiction in China has changed,and the speed of economic development in China has shifted from the stage of high speed development to the stage of high quality development.Changing the mode of development,optimizing the economic structure and changing the power of economic growth have become the urgent requirements of China’s economic development.Enterprise work is the basic form of economic activities and an important part of promoting innovation drive and promoting the transformation of new and old kinetic energy.Optimizing and adjusting the industrial structure,speeding up the innovation and development,and promoting the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in is an important problem facing domestic enterprises at present,which affects the sustainable development of enterprises in the future.In the face of the requirements of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,the state-owned enterprises,as an important pillar of China’s economic development,should adapt to the new requirements of China’s economic and social development in the new era,deepen the reform of the system and mechanism of state-owned enterprises,deepen innovation-driven,accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading,help the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,gradually form a new development pattern and promote the sustainable development of our economy and society.CJ Group is a representative state-owned enterprise in JN city.At the beginning of its establishment,it integrates and absorbs other state-owned enterprises related to urban infrastructure construction in this city,and has strong strength of state-owned assets.But at the same time,it also brings no related business areas of historical legacy industries.How to more effectively integrate the relevant enterprises in each business sector of the group,adjust and optimize the industrial structure of the plate,realize the optimization and upgrading of the industry of the plate,enhance its competitiveness,and become an urgent problem for CJ group under the background of new and old kinetic energy conversion.This paper summarizes the researchbackground and significance of CJ Group’s development strategy under the background of new and old kinetic energy conversion by visiting and interviewing CJ Group on the premise of domestic and foreign enterprise development strategy literature,new and old kinetic energy conversion related theory research.Through combining the theoretical knowledge of development strategy management with the actual development situation of CJ group,using PEST、SWOT analysis method and Porter’s five-force model,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment faced by CJ group,puts forward the development strategy of the group,and formulates the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy.Hope to provide reference for the development strategy of urban infrastructure state-owned enterprises similar to CJ Group and under the background of new and old kinetic energy conversion.
