Prefabricated building is a new construction method which is formed by assembling prefabricated components on the construction site.The most widely used prefabricated components in prefabricated constructions are PC(Precast Concrete)components,which refers to the standardized concrete prefabricated component whose main structure is concrete.Double-superimposed shear wall is a kind of special precast concrete component,which has many advantages such as good seismic performance,high construction efficiency,reliable quality.The development of precast concrete component automatic production line determines the quality of precast concrete components,and then affects the development of prefabricated building.With the policy support,a large number of domestic enterprises have studied the intelligent production line of precast concrete components.However,there is still no fully independently developed double-superimposed shear wall production line in China currently,mainly due to the fact that no domestic manufacturer has developed a mature panel turnover machine system.In this paper,the following research is carried out on the design of the panel turnover machine system of precast concrete component automatic production line:Firstly,based on the process of precast concrete component automatic production line,the functional requirements of the panel turnover machine are analyzed,and the schemes for completing the movement function of each mechanism of the panel turnover machine are compared and selected,and the overall scheme of the mechanical structure and electrical control system of the panel turnover machine is determined.Secondly,according to the mechanical structure scheme,the detailed parametric design task is proposed.The panel turnover mechanism,lifting mechanism and safety mechanism of the panel turnover machine are designed in turn,and the parts of each mechanism are calculated and selected.On the basis of the mechanical structure,the overall scheme of the electrical control system is determined by analyzing the action logic of the panel turnover machine,and the design of the driving control and PLC control module of the panel turnover machine is completed.Finally,according to the structural design results,the finite element model of the panel turnover machine is established by ANSYS Workbench,and the static analysis is carried out.According to the static characteristics of the structure,the weak points of the structure are improved.The improved model and key parts are further checked to verify the rationality of the optimization.In this paper,the analysis and design of the panel turnover machine is designed to provide reference information for solving the problems that restrict the development of domestic precast concrete component automatic production line. |
