With the increasing number of elderly population in China,the demand for elderly care services is also increasing.How to alleviate the problem of elderly care has become the focus of the current social focus of people’s livelihood.China has gradually paid attention to the development of the smart and healthy old-age care industry and the construction of old-age care facilities.With the rise of intelligent Internet services,new breakthroughs have also been made in the field of old-age care.The innovation of "Internet + retirement " has brought new opportunities to solve the problem of old-age care.This paper is aimed at the current aging society pension problems,with the help of Internet technology in the new era,it is involved in the planning,construction and operation of community pension facilities,then comprehensively integrate the endowment resources and optimize the carrier of the endowment service,and explore ways to optimize community elderly care services.Therefore,it is of positive practical significance and innovation to study the allocation and optimization of community pension facilities from the perspective of "Internet +"This paper adopts literature analysis,field research and empirical analysis to study the current situation,summarize problems,analyze dilemmas,and propose strategies that can provide basis and support for the use of Internet technology in the planning and construction of community old-age care facilities in China.At the same time,it provides reference for the operation and management of community elderly facilities.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current standards and characteristics of community old-age care facilities,and further analyzes the status quo problems.It points out that the current situation of community oldage care facilities has problems such as lack of systems,single functions,scattered layouts,low standards,and chaotic mechanisms.Secondly,it analyzes the development trend of community old-age care facilities,and proposes that community old-age care facilities should develop in the direction of multiple sharing,innovation and interconnection,coconstruction of culture and entertainment,and integration of medical and care.At the same time,it analyzes the applicability of Internet technology to community old-age care facilities,further build a community old-age care facility system based on the "Internet +" perspective with the information service platform as the link and the old-age care facility as the support.It covers the unified management of old-age care facilities,co-ordination of the community old-age care resources,information management of the elderly population,evaluation of facility usage,and collection of feedback from the aged to further guide the construction and optimization of old-age care facilities in communities;Based on the community old-age care facility system,the “Internet +” community old-age care facility allocation optimization strategy was analyzed,Put forward four strategies to enrich the multiple functions of community old-age care facilities,optimize the space layout of community old-age care facilities,adjust the construction standards of community old-age care facilities,and improve the community old-age care facility service mechanism;Finally,taking the Hengtang community in Gaoxin distrist of Suzhou as an example,according to the current situation of the construction of old-age care facilities and the analysis of the needs of the elderly,propose countermeasures to optimize the configuration of old-age care facilities from the perspective of "Internet +" to guide the construction and development of old-age care facilities in Hengtang community.
