| Under the background of the aging problem in China,the construction demand of rural community senior care facility has increased,but the construction is out of standard and the facility is idle in most rural community senior care facility.This thesis targets on the problem,in which it builds up a systematic framework for architecture programming of rural community senior care facility.However,it also faces two problems:(1)the selection of the architectural programming methods;(2)how to combine the architectural programming methods with the rural elderly and multiple social supports.Therefore,this thesis is divided into two parts,one is the analysis of old-age care in rural communities,and the other is based on the existing architectural programming to build up an applicable architectural programming framework for rural construction.This thesis selects 15 rural community senior care facilities in Baixu Township,Jiangxi Province as the research object,records the process of construction,operations and use status.And observe old-age life traits,inquire old-age needs.Then research finds out the fact that the facility is idle most of the time.Through the analysis of spatial attributes of the old people’s commonly used places and behavior of the elderly,it is concluded that spatial preference of the elderly is sight accessibility,semi-enclosed sense,accessibility and functionality.But the existing facilities is contrary to that.This can be obtained that social support is one of the important factors in rural community senior care facility.And this thesis analysis social support in the facilities,it is concluded that the three main types of social support subjects,which are government-led,clan-led and ordinary villager-led.The three main tyles of social support subjects have different effects on the construction and operation of rural community senior care facility.On the basis of the ole-age spatial preference,social support and construction,combined with Zhuang’s architectural programming,this thesis builds up a linear operation path of the architectural programming for rural community senior care facility,and provides architects a set of scientific and feasible guidelines. |
