Optimal Management And Process Of Airport Slots Resources In Civil Aviation Of China

With high pace and stable development of China's economy,the demand for civil aviation is of great increases.However,the slots in most airports did not show any increase or increased too subtly.Currently,top thirty airports in China witnessed a condition of saturation.Also,if the slots are increasing correspondingly,the high demand levels of newly added flights can be well met.This article focuses on the management of slots resources,illustrates the great significance of such optimized management,centers on reports of slots in the current industry,figures out the management flow of domestic flights,compares the differences between IATA and China of management styles,researches into the usage rate,and analyses the drawbacks of department management.Also,the analyses above help to conclude the usage index available of 31 current coordinated airports,and to analyze influential factors.Plus,certain major problems are also analyzed in this article;accordingly,corresponding,reasonable,and rational solutions are provided in this article.Also,integration of resources is put forward by the end of this article.And this article outlines and summarizes the optimized and upgraded management flows pattern of domestic flights.
