| Waste heat steam power generation project,as a popular field in contract energy management project,has been widely concerned by researchers.Many scholars at home and abroad have identified many risk factors of such projects.However,few people have studied the key risk factors that play a decisive role.The relationship between waste heat power generation project variables is identified by means of expert investigation and structural equation model.It not only identifies the key risks to be faced in the whole implementation process of waste heat power generation project,but also enriches the research field of waste heat power generation technology.In practice,it is helpful for waste heat power generation project to avoid risks in time or find out countermeasures to risks in time.Firstly,the criteria for the success of waste heat steam power generation project are established and 20 key risk factors affecting waste heat steam power generation projects were identified through literature research.By issuing questionnaires and using the structural equation model to identify the risk factors of the project,the relationship between the influencing factors of waste heat power generation project was verified.Research findings:(1)external environment-related risks have significant positive effects on technology-related risks,organization-related risks and finance-related risks.(2)organization-related risks have a remarkable positive impact on management-related risks and technology-related risks.(3)technology-related risks,organization-related risks,management-related risks and finance-related risks all have a noted negative impact on the success of the project.Therefore,some research suggestions are put forward:closely follow the national industrial policy and develop moderately;energy-saving service companies must have core technical advantages and perfect service platform;improve the risk cognition level of project participants,establish and implement their own risk management system;energy saving service companies should fully communicate with energy-using units so that both sides can reach consensus on the phased success of the project;expand financing channels and make full use of non-governmental investment;determine the method of energy saving measurement and verification in advance,and unify the testing standard of environmental protection. |
