With the development of national economy,the more engineering construction projects there are,the greater market risk there is.Therefore,it has a very important practical significance to carry out risk control and management,effective control of project investment,duration and quality,has a very important practical significance.Renovation project is one of the most commonly used methods in today's manufacturing industry,It is a technology update,is the elimination of equipment and technology.The project of power generation by CDQ high-pressure steam in BG company was response to the market crisis,rational and effective use of energy,While reducing the energy usage,the waste heat can be fully recovered and utilized,The project also was important initiatives to give full play to the effectiveness of energy to enhance power generation efficiency and reduce production costs.As a renovation project whit new technology,the project of power generation by high-pressure steam has a large number of unknown risk factors.so fully understand the risk of the project,effective management of the project risk is particularly important.This paper starts from the basic theory of project risk management,analyzing the knowledge of project risk identification,risk management involves risk assessment and risk response;secondly,elaborated on the condition of high pressure steam generator of CDQ project,combined with the different characteristics of each stage of the project,analyzing the risk identification of high pressure steam power generation project.On this basis,a risk evaluation index system of high-pressure steam power generation project is established;then to determine the weight of risk index of high-pressure steam power generation project,and determine the risk of the project with comprehensive evaluation method;finally,gives the countermeasures of the important risk factors.In the course of the study of risk management of the project,the risk factors are classified according to four dimensions:time risk,technology risk,equipment risk and security risk,and evaluate the risk factors by AHP,then obtain the relatively important factors.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the project,measures are taken such as the risk avoidance,risk transfer,risk prevention and risk retention to actively respond to the project risk in the construction phase of the project,so that the project can be continued according to plan.
