| Virtual simulation technology has taken root in our country and began to develop on a large scale.In the recent period,virtual training systems have been widely used in learning and production.This year’s new crown epidemic has led to the rapid development of the entire virtual technology industry,and the future development trend has become clear.For shield machine training institutions,it has become inevitable to change the traditional face-to-face teaching method in the face of the difficulty of students being unable to come to learn and develop.Compared with traditional training methods,the virtual training system has the characteristics of not being restricted by space and region,low investment,large adjustability,and good operability.Testing or learning in various environments will not be affected,which can comprehensively improve the training effect and save time and cost.Therefore,in order to efficiently improve the technical level of practitioners during the new crown epidemic and special periods,and to enrich traditional teaching methods,this article applies virtual simulation technology to develop a virtual simulation training system for shield machines.First of all,summarize the current research status of shield machine at home and abroad,according to the current problems of shield machine training,investigate and analyze the needs of the current shield machine training system,and formulate the whole shield machine based on Bruner’s theory of "mastery and learning".The overall structure and functions of the machine virtual simulation training system.Secondly,according to the system requirements,the hardware platform,operating system,modeling software,and development engine for the development of the shield machine virtual simulation system are determined.The 3D structural design software Solidworks is preferably used for model making of the shield machine,the 3D design software 3ds Max is used for format conversion and rendering,and the rendering software Cinema 4D is used for rendering and coloring of the model.Finally,based on the 3D game development engine Unity3 D,the physical collision,ray detection,camera control and other scene design and programming are carried out,virtual simulation of the actual scene of the shield machine operation,and the specific action logic relationship is summarized according to the operation procedure of the shield machine.The shield machine introduction,video teaching,scene roaming and question bank answering functions of the shield machine virtual simulation training system are provided. |
