With the rapid development of virtual reality technology, various types of virtual training systems are widely used in the production practice, playing an increasingly important role。Compared to traditional training simulation systems, virtual training system with good features such as a small investment, high efficiency, good operability etc. operator training can not be affected by time, space, climate and other factors, effectively improve the training efficiency and cost savings.Shield is a large-scale equipment, construction cost is very expensive, the use of cost is also very high. If you use a real shield machine operator training, then the cost will be very high. In this paper, mainly complete a Shield virtual training systems combining HIL, virtual training system that can help shield machine operator to quickly understand the structure and working principle of the components of the shield machine, to achieve a virtual shield machine operator training function.First of all design and achieve a shield machine Virtual Training System. Adopting. NET as a development platform designed for operator training platform, based on UNITY3D achieve the virtual display interface of shield machine. using SOCKET communications platform achieve network communications between platform and UNNITY3D,achieving a shield machine virtual operating system completely.Then, complete the external controller and semi-physical simulation system of virtual training systems that uses virtual serial way to achieve the communication process between PC and controller.Finally, the design of the conditioning circuit about the Shield sensor based on STM32controller is to complete a sensor signal acquisition channel and the testing of conditioning circuit. achieved a design of driving motor using PWM.In this paper, UNITY3D as a three-dimensional virtual display platform, using.NET and STM32controller design a more perfect shield machine virtual training system combining with HIL. using the virtual training system can effectively achieve the operator’s training function,that can improve the efficiency of operator training effectively and saving training costs.
