Housing is not only the main carrier of human activities,but also an important part of residents’ funds.The destruction or collapse of houses under the effect of earthquake threatens the safety of people’s lives and property,and even may causes irreparable losses.Therefore,studies on building seismic risk of individual buildings and building group are necessary.These studies may facilitate the development of earthquake prevention and mitigation work.With the development of computational science and simulation technology,a series of regional level detailed simulation methods have been proposed gradually.However,the application of these methods in regional risk assessment is limited by the difficulty of earthquake damage verification in regional level and the lack of mached risk assessment methods.In this paper,the seismic damage data of Longtoushan town in Ludian earthquake are collected,based on which the earthquake damage simulation of the region,with the use of a detailed simulation system called You Simulator,was carried out.A risk assessment method was proposed to evaluate the seismic risk of individual buildings and building group.Then the risk of a Community called Longquan in Longtoushan town was calculated as a case study.The main work of this thesis are as follows:1.After collecting and sorting out the photos,data and related documents of the earthquake damage in Longtongshan Town in Ludian Earthquake,the basic information of each building in Longtongshan Town was established,and the proportion of buildings corresponding to various structural types,building floors and damage grades was statistically analyzed.The distribution characteristics of the earthquake damage of the building groups were also analyzed.2.The detailed simulation method was used to reappear the damage of buildings in Longtongshan Town in Ludian earthquake,and the rationality and accuracy of the detailed simulation method were analyzed and verified.Furthermore,the possible amplitude of ground motion in the area without measured ground motion records was calibrated.3.The risk analysis method of earthquake damage based on detailed simulation method and the classification standard of earthquake damage risk grade were proposed.Then the risk analysis of earthquake damage in Longquan community of Longlongshan town before Ludian earthquake was given as a case study.4.Taking Longtoushan town as an example,this paper discusses the influence of raising the seismic fortification level and reconstruction measures on regional earthquake disaster risk.
