In recent years,many earthquakes with M5.0 or above have occurred in Songyuan area,causing great economic loss and social impact.As one of the important matters of post earthquake emergency management,it is urgent to establish a set of damage loss assessment and seismic performance evaluation system for group buildings based on seismic damage investigation and loss assessment,seismic response analysis,seismic vulnerability analysis,seismic risk analysis and seismic toughness analysis of buildings.How to quickly evaluate the earthquake damage of group buildings in Songyuan area has important decision-making reference value for the government to formulate the disaster prevention and relief plan before and after the earthquake.The research contents and achievements of this paper include:(1)According to the earthquake survey results,the seismic damage matrixes of the group buildings in Ningjiang district,Qianguo district and Chaganhua town of Songyuan area were built.The statistical analysis of the actual earthquake damage in Songyuan area were conducted.The built-in parameters in PACT software are revised by using Chinese<Standard for seismic resilience assessment of buildings>(GB/T 38591-2020).According to the number of buildings in partial regions of Chaganhua town and Songyuan urban area and the actual earthquake damage,the total earthquake loss of group buildings was evaluated.(2)The earthquake disaster simulation system of group buildings was adopted in this thesis,and the group building structures were modeled with Arc GIS and big data.The earthquake response and earthquake damage of partial regions of Songyuan City and Chaganhua town were analyzed based on the actual ground motion records of Songyuan area.The damage ratios of group building structures and all kinds of building structures and group building under different earthquake magnitudes were statistically obtained.The seismic performance of group building structures in Songyuan City and Chaganhua town were summarized and compared,and the causes of the earthquake damage are researched.(3)The fragility matrix was built based on the earthquake damage ration of group building structures.Combined with <Post-earthquake field works-Part 4:Assessment of direct loss>(GB/T 18208.4-2011)and <Standard for seismic resilience assessment of buildings>(GB/T 38591-2020),the earthquake loss of group buildings were obtained according to their earthquake damage.The earthquake risk of group buildings were calculated without considering and considering the earthquake loss,and the resilience index method and the resilience level method were used to analyze the earthquake resilience of group buildings in Songyuan area.
