The urban gas pipe network is one of an important part of urban life lifeline project,which safety is focused by the attention of thousands of families.In urban earthquake disaster,how to defend the urban gas pipeline network,reduce the damage in the earthquake,and make a quick recovery when it damaged by an earthquake,become an important part of city gas pipe network design and construction.Based on reading a lot of literature about earthquake disaster prevention in the urban lifeline engineering,the risk assessment,countermeasures research,and the seismic reliability analysis of gas pipeline networks are mainly study in the paper.Earthquake emergency disposal system is designed in order to improve the seismic performance of city gas pipe network,and ensure the safety of people's life and property.This paper puts forward the three-level rating index system of the risk assessment in the urban gas pipe network.The main influence factors are analyzed and summarize,which includes 49 factors.This paper also presents a method to determine the weighing values of assessment index system.In the research of the risk countermeasures of gas pipe network,two approaches of soft countermeasures and hard countermeasure are proposed respectively.The soft countermeasures are mainly earthquake legislation and earthquake insurance.And the hard countermeasures mainly include the design,safety testing,automatic cut-off system,decentralized supply and so on.Based on the analysis of the seismic reliability analysis and earthquake damage rate,the urban gas pipe network in Tangshan city has carried on the detailed analysis and calculation.The case provides a theoretical basis for the analysis and design in seismic disaster prevention system in the urban gas pipe network.
