Prefabricated shear wall structures are mainly used in residential and industrial buildings. In recent years, there is a great demand for construction and safety protection has been paid attention to.Therefore,a key issue in the research of prefabricated shear wall structures is the seismic performance of shear wall join node. This essay researches the wall design parameters and wall connection parameters in the connection node problem of prefabricated shear walls by means of querying data, simulating values and analyzing theories. The specific work done are as follows:1)The finite element software ABAQUS was used to select appropriate material parameters to model the prefabricated shear wall, and the establishment process of the model was introduced in detail.Comparing the results of the finite element simulation with the experiment,it is found that the agreement between the two is relatively high, indicating that numerical methods can be used to study the seismic performance of prefabricated shear walls.2)Based on the wall parameters of the prefabricated shear wall and the vertical connection parameters between the wall and the wall,a total of 25 prefabricated shear wall models were designed. The parameters of the wall components include the different connection positions of the wall, the axial compression ratio, the shear span ratio and the diameter of the reinforcing steel bar at the edge of the wall, while the vertical connection parameters include the diameter of the vertical distributed steel reinforcement of the wall, the length of the steel reinforcement, the distribution form of the steel reinforcement and the different friction coefficients of the wall joint in the finite element simulation.Under the low cycle repeated load test, the law of changes of the wall under the effect of different parameters is obtained by analyzing the seismic performance of the wall components under different parameters.3)Through in-depth comparison of the stress mechanism of prefabricated shear wall under different parameters, the conclusion is that, when studying the seismic performance of prefabricated shear walls not connected to ground beams, the wall is recommended to1/2 area connection;reducing the reinforcement ratio of the vertical distribution steel bars of the prefabricated shear wall will reduce the energy dissipation capacity of the shear wall;the critical friction coefficient of the contact area of the prefabricated shear wall and the ground beam should be simulated multiple times when the axial compression ratio isdetermined.4)When discussing the design method and construction requirements of prefabricated shear wall components,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the parameters that affect the seismic performance of the prefabricated shear wall. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the wall connection method after splitting, suggestions should be given to the design of prefabricated shear wall component, and point out the details of the shear wall components that need to be paid attention to from production to assembly process, related quality issues and safety precautions. |
