| With the rapid development of Chinese society and the great improvement of people’s lives,coupled with the vigorous rise of civil aviation industry,travel by plane is more and more common.As one of the five commonly used means of transportation,airplane has stricter requirements for safety.Civil aviation security inspection as the first pass to ensure the safe flight of passengers,the accuracy of security inspection will directly affect aviation safety.Up to now,the negligence of security inspection has resulted in frequent air accidents in domestic and foreign civil aviation transportation industry,which has brought a certain degree of impact on people’s personal and property safety.It is the premise for the efficient and high-quality development of China’s civil aviation industry to attach importance to the security inspection work,early detection of flaws in the security inspection process,and ending the security risks at the embryonic stage.In this paper,the methods of field interview,questionnaire survey and case analysis were used to investigate and analyze security personnel,security inspection equipment,security inspection management regulations and passengers.Through interviews,it was found that the security personnel had problems such as insufficient business ability and lack of emergency response ability.At the same time,the security personnel were under great work pressure and heavy work tasks,and some of them had weak awareness of safety.Besides,the purchase of security inspection equipment did not accord with the actual use and failed to be maintained in time,which affected work efficiency,and the old security inspection equipment needed to be upgraded.The questionnaire survey was used to investigate the passengers who traveled by air.400 questionnaires were distributed,398 returned,390 effective,with an effective rate of 97.5%.Through questionnaire analysis,it was found that most passengers had no in-depth knowledge of aviation safety,and they had subjective or objective motivation to carry and hide dangerous goods,with little knowledge of aviation laws and regulations.This article selected five typical cases for study and analysis,namely,September 11 Attack in the United States,May 7 air crash in Dalian,July 26 arson case in Taizhou,June 12 explosion in Shanghai,and the case of “poison hidden in wig” at Dalian Airport,as to find out safety problems in aviation security inspection and passengers on the plane,and put forward relevant countermeasures.First of all,in terms of security personnel,a closed-loop emergency response mechanism should be developed,and a systematic security training system ought to be established to improve the ability of security personnel in dealing with emergencies.The security inspection management department should improve talent introduction mechanism,formulate reasonable personnel reward and punishment mechanism,and improve the salary and treatment standard.As for the security inspection equipment,the security inspection facilities and equipment needs refining,and more attention to should be paid to the purchase of practical security inspection equipment that matches the operation of the airport,and the care and maintenance of the equipment.As for the passengers,it is necessary to increase the publicity of aviation safety knowledge,to popularize the common knowledge of passengers,to strengthen the education and guidance of passengers,and to increase the punishment of passengers who violate the rules.Through the above research,it is recommended to solve various problems in the civil aviation security inspection in an all-round way,namely,the management system and security training of the system security posts to be strictly controlled,the operability and practicability of the security facilities to be strengthened,the supervision and management of the flight passengers to be reinforced and continued to improve the safety of air transport.The study has certain value and significance for relevant researches. |
